New Relationship Status of Brand Finance Asia Pacific and Marketing Institute of Singapore

Singapore, 30 September 2015 – The Marketing Institute of Singapore (MIS) and Brand Finance Asia Pacific announced their partnership to conduct a series of professional development training programmes. MIS and the Brand Finance Institute will partner and collaborate with industry leaders to transform professionals and industries in the area of managing economic return-on-investment (ROI).

This announcement was an important milestone in a broad-based innovative marketing industry initiative by MIS as these joint programmes aim to serve as a catalyst to drive business performance by enabling more effective collaboration between marketers and finance teams in Singapore businesses.

The partnership plans to conduct a series of strategic economic ROI management courses. Poised to widen its course offerings and enrich its portfolio, MIS will introduce these courses through various phases starting in January 2016. The first phase will begin with a 1-day workshop/seminar session as an Introduction to Economic ROI Management.

In later phases, the series of proposed programmes will equip participants with the knowledge, skills and abilities to Measure, Manage, Maximise and Monitor the value of their businesses and intangible assets. Projects can involve services from just one of these four groupings but using all four in succession creates a virtuous circle and is usually the most effective way of building long-term brand and business value. The programmes will be beneficial not just for marketers and finance teams, but also for brand owners, investors, lawyers, governments, and tax professionals.
