Lesley is currently the Head/VP of Business & Operations at MediaCorp's Publishing Business unit where she oversees the marketing, circulation and the business development functions for the business. In her current role, Lesley is heavily involved in the business re-modelling and transformation of several brands in Publishing. She is constantly looking for new growth curves in the business' mandate of transforming MediaCorp Publishing.
Prior to joining MediaCorp Publishing, Lesley was in the banking and finance sector. In that sector, she worked in different functions, from sales management to strategy planning and management. In her previous roles, Lesley designed and developed different tools for sales management, including a personality profiling tool to aid in sales people recruitment with a clinical psychologist.
